The shower was an absolute disaster! The water temperature fluctuated wildly, switching from scalding hot to freezing cold without any warning, making it downright unbearable. To top it off, parking was a nightmare during our stay due to a local festival. My husband spent nearly an hour searching for a spot, and the hotel staff didn’t seem to care about our predicament. This was absolutely infuriating after a long day of skiing.

I loved the spacious room and the fact that everything was very clean and tidy during my stay. Being just a short walk away from both the beautiful Tourist Museum of the Jungfrau Region and the picturesque Heimwehfluh made my city strolls so enjoyable and effortless.
